Xtel Wins 2012-2015 ACT Bid Long Distance
Xtel has won the Middlesex Regional Educational Services Commission Alliance for Competitive Telecom (ACT) bid for discounted long distance phone service for the bid term 07/01/12 through 06/30/15. Xtel has been the winning bid recipient since the program’s inception in 2001. ACT_press_release
