Can the system generate a report of a department's telephone usage?
Yes. The Departmental Usage Report is a summary report of the department's phone usage for a particular billing cycle. The report lists the total charges for individual users and a summary of the charges by account numbers. As an additional option, you can also view detailed reports of each individual's phone usage.

Executive Summary
XTel's Executive Summary report is actually several reports in one. This single report allows management to understand the charges presented in the XTel bill and to make decisions regarding one of the most important aspects of your business: the ability to communicate with your customers and suppliers. Because of the amount of information presented on the Executive Summary, we decided to break the report into two separate pictures (one for each side of the page). As you scroll down this page, information contained on the left side of the page will be presented first, followed by information on that appears on the right side.
