While some college students and recent grads ponder their next move about where to work or serve as an intern, Xtel Communications Inc. is offering a great landing spot for those who want a taste of the real working world.
Xtel has created a unique opportunity for real job experience for college students and recent grads at a time when business downsizing and job losses are the norm.
“Xtel is always searching for motivated, energetic and talented individuals who will embrace our lively and entrepreneurial culture,” said Xtel Vice President Brian Flynn. “Our employees helped build this company, and their dedication and spirit have allowed Xtel to be an industry leader for more than a decade.”
Since 1994, Xtel has been providing small and medium-size businesses and public entities including townships, counties, school districts, police departments and municipal utility authorities with high-quality voice, voice over IP, Internet access, hosted PBX, integrated solutions and managed services.
“It can be disheartening looking for that first job or even find an internship where you actually learn some work-related skills,” says Flynn. “I want current and ex-students to know that at Xtel there are several entry level positions available, and we encourage college students to apply. The primary focus of available positions is in the areas of sales, marketing, computer programming and engineering. All positions will be based out of Xtel’s corporate offices in Marlton, N.J.
